The FAMLI Division filed several rules with the Secretary of State and the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in late September including amendments to the previously adopted premiums rules and local government rules in addition to rules on Coordination of Benefits 7 CCR 1107-4. A cost-benefit analysis has also been produced for the proposed amendments to the premiums rules 7 CCR 1107-1. The proposed rules and amendments are also published on our rules page. The public comment period is open, and written comments can be submitted by filling out our Submit A Public Comment form or by sending an email to cdle_famli_rules@state.co.us. All written public comments are published here.
The FAMLI Division will host a rulemaking public hearing on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 beginning at 5 p.m. and ending once the last person who wishes to speak has been heard. This hearing will be held virtually over Zoom. We strongly encourage attendees to RSVP and let us know they plan to testify.
