General Support
If your question involves your account in My FAMLI+ Employer, you can email FAMLI at CDLE_FAMLI_info@state.co.us or you can call the FAMLI Contact Center. They can be reached at 1-866-CO-FAMLI (1-866-263-2654) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Time.
Appeals
Employers and private plan administrators can file an appeal if they do not agree with a decision made by the Division. You can find information about the appeals process on our Appeals page.
Private Plans
If you have a question about a private plan or how to submit your private plan report, please see our private plan page.
Report Fraud
If you have a concern about fraud, identity theft, phishing attacks, and other scams, please visit our Report FAMLI Fraud page. There you will find tips on how to protect yourself and your business, as well as options to report identity theft.
Report Noncompliance
The FAMLI Compliance Team ensures employers are following all FAMLI statutes, rules, and regulations, including notice requirements, coordination of benefits, and private plan procedures. The FAMLI Audits Team ensures that businesses are reporting accurate wages and that employees are accurately classified. If you need to report a business for their failure to comply with FAMLI requirements or failure to accurately report wages, please review your options on the Audits and Noncompliance Issues page.
