The FAMLI Division’s proposed rules on Regulations Concerning Private Plans (7 CCR 1107-5) were filed with the Secretary of State and the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) on September 9, 2022. The proposed rules are also published on our rules page. The public comment period is now open. To submit a written public comment on the proposed private plan rules, please fill out our Submit A Public Comment form.
The FAMLI Division will host a rulemaking public hearing on Monday, October 17, 2022 beginning at 5 p.m. and ending once the last person who wishes to speak has been heard. This hearing will be held virtually over Zoom. We strongly encourage attendees to RSVP and let us know they plan to testify.
