If your issue or question involves a claim in My FAMLI+, you can email FAMLI at CDLE_FAMLI_info@state.co.us or you can contact Customer Service. They can be reached at 1-866-CO-FAMLI (1-866-263-2654) from Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time.
If you filed a claim in My FAMLI+, and that claim has been denied, you may want to appeal that decision. You can find information about the appeals process on our Appeals page.
If you have a concern about fraud, identity theft, phishing attacks, and other scams, please visit our Report FAMLI Fraud page. There you will find tips on how to protect yourself, as well as options to report identity theft.
The FAMLI Audits Team ensures that businesses are following the law. If you have concerns about whether your employer is reporting accurate wages, if workers are properly classified, or issues with payroll reporting rules and regulations, please review our Audits information on the Audits and Noncompliance Issues page.
The FAMLI Compliance Team ensures employers are following all FAMLI statutes, rules, and regulations, including notice requirements, coordination of benefits, and private plan procedures.
